can anyone tell me stockist of either Rock dust or Rock soil. someone tried last year and it made a great difference to crops. Hope to hear from you soon.

Garden Organic at Ryton stock it as well - I thinks its £5.20 for a 4kg tub, they also sell the 10 kg sacks but don't know how much they are.
But if anyone has used it can they let me know what difference it makes to crop yield. I understand the concept of putting the minerals back into the soil that years of growing have removed. But would have thought that it is useful for some soils like sandy ones and not much benefit to the clayey soil?
I have used the rock dust myself i applied it last year and hope to see the benefits this season.
I have met and spoken to the people at the seer centre and seen some of the crops they have produced with it , especially potatoes they were so big that one would do a family of four no bother and they told me that crops growing using the rock dust have a longer shelf life.
We are able to get ours from a garden centre in the Fife area where it was being sold for about £10 for 20klg bag.
Now looking to see what the results will be this season.
