Steve, you just post the seeds you wish to swap and then state which seeds you're looking for yourself. People will pm you if they are interested in swapping and then you exchange details. Swap done. :)

Sometime people just ask for a SAE if they don't need anything and you can pm them for their address.

Someone else will fill in if I've not explained it well. ;)
