Title: should we of should'nt we

OH has finished putting in some raised beds so my question is can we start plants our onion sets now they are sturon sets from wilko's and also someone has given us a few red baron.  If so if we plant them now should they be covered or left also can we put the garlic in now and will they be ok in the same bed??????
Sorry a lot of questions i know.

I'm in the North. I think it's a bit early yet. You could put them in 'modules' in your shed to get them started...
