Title: Not a swop..........a borrow?
Post by: star on February 10, 2009, 18:53:30
I need a knitting pattern for ladies age 30's, size 10 and12.....(32" and 34" bust)

I would just like to borrow a DK pattern, modern look if possible from anyone who has something that Im after, who aint usin' it the mo ;).

Im walking challenged with a very bad back and cant get out. Ive seen nothing at all on the web that is the style they want  :-\

If anyone can help, please drop me a pm, I will return the pattern/ s as soon as the garment is finished. Oh and can it be English? I cannot follow the US ones.....I have tried :'(

Many thanks in advance :-* :-* :-* ;)

Star, sorry I don't have patterns but I do get all mine free from this site.

http://www.garnstudio.com/lang/en/kategori_oversikt.php

They do have english versions (click on flag) but I understand about what you mean with the US patterns.  :) Click on the first 'drops' icon and you'll see all the catalogues. Hundreds of patterns.  ;D

Have you tried www.ravelry.com?

It takes about 24hrs to join, but then there are loads of patterns on there.

Also www.lionbrand.com are quite good.

I have some cable patterns. Would that be the sort of thing you are after?
