We went to a garden centre last week they had all the summer bulbs on display, i mean you cannot plant them untill April.  Why the rush.

Christmas cards will be on sale again soon if the shops had there way ::) ::)

I like to get my gladioli in as soon as the soil can be worked. They can be left in all the year unless you need to move them. We grow a lot for cut flower and if we left it until April to plant we would miss out on the sales. If you leave them in the contractile roots will pull the new corm down to replace the old one.
