I have been given a grape pyramid - never pruned. Do I prune like normal grapes?

HI - what did you do about this?? I also have a grape pyramid that has leaves coming through so I am reluctant to prune it now, but I can see it is going to get tangled up in a few years....

Did you find any advice anywhere?
