Hello All
I have just managed to load photos of new lottie on Photobucket as I noticed many of you use this site. I am now at a loss as how to transfer them to A4A. Could someone out there give me an idiot's guide on how to do this? Thanks ???
Have a look at this post...http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/smf/index.php/topic,48051.0.html (http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/smf/index.php/topic,48051.0.html)
Don't make the same mistake as me, when i posted on here then moved the photo's to a different album. It made the photos on here disapear. So if you haven't done it already, make an album and call it something like allotment then all photo's can be uploaded to there. You can then share that album so everyone can veiw it if you wish.
If you need anymore help, just ask

Thanks Nilly and Spudsmummy. I am hopefully just off to do the first bit of tiding with my friend and fellow gardener Mary. I have been over twice so far. The second time to take a good look and do a few measurements. OH is reluctantly going to give a hand to remove the carpet that cover quite a bit of the plot. The 'old boys' on the site have advised to get it up asap as the bindweed grows along underneath. One of the also mentioned that slow worms might be under there. I have a hangup about ordinary worms given to me years ago by my twin brothers throwing the things at me so not sure that I can lift the carpet without someone else being there. The big question is where do I start? There is no compost bin just a Small wooden square box that I think was intended to be one. Perennial weeds needs to be removed and I also need somewhere to store tools as the car park is quite a way from the plot. :(. I expect once Mary and I get there we shall find the best way to attack it. Hopefully when I get back I'll have a shot at picture sharing. Bye for now. Hi ho, hi ho it's off to weed I go :)

goodluck :)
A slow-worm is quite unlike a worm so don't worry. The only thing to watch out for is that they will sometimes drop their tails, so pick them up gently, and hold them smewhere near the head end.

hold them! do you seriously think shes gonna do that?
lbb
Lbb there is no fear of me holding them. Will just have to hope they crawl off somewhere else. Yesterday we did do quite a bit of clearing. Took OH to lift some of the carpets and there was only soil underneath. Told him he will have to return when the next need lifting/ We cleared a piece about12x8 and dug it over so were well pleased with our efforts. :) :) :) I have posted some pictures in The Shed I think. Don't want to try and find them to confirm, as every time I do something like that I loose my posting. ???
