can anyone help please I'm making a cake tomorrow that requires 3 extra large eggs, how many large eggs should I use instead, ( I'm not buying more eggs when I'vegot a cupboard full :-\)

its a Barefoot Contessa Lemon Yogurt cake, I saw her make it on a programme, it looked delish........I've invited the family for Sunday Lunch, so it should go down a treat for desert.yumm!!! ;)
