He's just got to figure out how to get it to work with the other things like v box and dvd player. He will more than likely take a look at the instructions now. It's raining tomorrow so it will give him something to do lol. The slow cooker I'm hoping will save us a bit of time and energy costs..

I know the feeling Shirl. I went out on 3rd to get a Sky Remote and came back with a 32" Panasonic TV. My old one had given up the ghost but I WAS going to manage with a smaller TV. When young Lorna saw mine we went back to buy her one :) (special offer at Westgate Store)

I use my slow cooker loads. When I more or less live at the lottie in the summer, I prep it before I go, that way I can stay longer and know that supper will be ready waiting when I get home  ;D

(Never seen that type of slow cooker, looks like you could cook loads in that one  :o)

How on earth did ya know what I was gonna get him. Remember its the thought that counts and I did think of giving the telly to Kev but I thought he's never there to watch the bloomin thing cos he's always on his hols.

Now here's a tip for the rest of you, but to late for Tone. Take a photograph with your digiphone/camera, before you disconect the old telly. Print it out for reference for when you are setting your new telly up.
