....putting some tarragon in carrot soup for a change?   Very nice and quick.   Just onions, carrots, chicken stock cube and tarragon..........bloomin' luverley  ;D

Unfortunately, our Tarragon doesn't like the Winter.

I use freeze dried stuff.  Still very tasty.

I also like carrots roast in a little oil and orange marmalade mixed together and brushed on.Mmmmm...
