Star Anise
Cassia Bark
Cloves
Fennel                                           In other words, just one version of Chinese 5 Spice.

Wanted to grind my own for a change, & what a difference. BUT - how do you get an even balance of spices when you have to take eg 1/8 Star Anise, 1/10 piece Cassia etc!!
