Has to go to Perpetual Spinach.... I know its not the best tasting of all but it has given my whole family a good supply for the last 5 odd weeks... Just keeps growing without any sign of stopping! Will not be able to leave this out next year..

Think my vote has to go to my butternut squashes - they are enormous and loads of them. Never had any success before - but then never had a Lottie till this year.
For my two pennies worth - Jersey Royals straight from the lottie to home, boiled and buttered.....wonderful!!!! ;D
Most productive pound for pound.......peas I think (closely followed by runners!)
Most yummy - freshly dug new pots, sweet and creamy and delicious! (or maybe freshly picked sweetcorn!)
Sweetcorn is tops for me this year - harvested 60 so far, and I reckon as many are ripening now. Also, I have been having them for breakfast on the lottie, barbecued yum yum
I got bags and bags of green beans so that's the most productive crop for me.
beers,

haven't got lottie yet! (october i think or hope!) but my most productive veg in my garden has been my supersteak tomatoes they are huge and last for ages! The biggest one yes has been one ounce off of two pounds. The 2nd most productive thing has to be my chillies! i am a fan so have grown lots!
Courgettes best this year, wet weather suited them, none stop picking.
Did potatoes for the first time this year and was very impressed with the yield and taste, yum!
Sweetcorn was a failure again this year, they look more like baby corn
hi,
so far this year best crop is tomatoes, especially for the taste. followed closely by broad beans. failure? brassicas seemed to have been attacked by caterpillars and at their roots by what i guess is cabbage root fly. >:(
Runners, we have beans coming out of our ears and everywhere else, sweetcorn produced a lot too with very little effort to take care of.
