I feel it is time to put some up, How?

It must be something to do with my profile, but I can't work it out

Remember and make sure they don't clash with your black Christmas tree.

Or Christmas Smilies?  I tried to set them in my profile the other day but they weren't there.

It's exactly the same picture but for some reason the animation doesn't work ???

Blue, replace your existing picture with this one (http://xs434.xs.to/xs434/08496/oie_avi3997.gif)

Your original file was too big.  Avatars can't be bigger than 100 x 100.  A pic is usually resized without a problem but it can't resize and keep the animation.

Ace what are you trying to do?
