Title: Help me out, bargain hunters! Squirrel-proof bird nut feeder?
Post by: Hyacinth on November 23, 2008, 13:58:16
 :D

I want to buy a couple of these for prezzies - having persuaded me old laydees to feed the birds and we're plagued with squirrels round here, I'd like to buy some of those nut feeders which are surrounded by a squirrel-proof cage?

Anyone seen any in the cheep ::) shops?

Thanks

The one my daughter uses has not been damaged by squirrels. It is long and strong metal with holes all around. I don't know where she bought it from though but have seen them in a few of the large garden centres.
