Title: Garden Answers
Post by: caroline7758 on November 22, 2008, 16:27:01
I got a copy in the post this morning but don't remember requesting it. Has anyone else had an unsolicited copy, or can anyone remind me if there has been an offer recently, in case I'm having a senior moment! Don't want to find I'm signed up to a year's subscription without knowing it!

I got one too Caroline. It was from the Harrogate show. There was a stand for a free copy and you could also choose a free packet of seeds  ;D

Ah yes, now I remember! Thanks, jo- your memory is obviously better than mine!Have you done the wordsearch? Is it just me or is "mistletoe" not there?

Blimey, you're keen. I haven't had time to even look at it yet.

Just had a quick look at the wordsearch and mistletoe is there. The M is the 13th line across and the 7th line down, then it goes diagonally down and backwards. Does that make sense?

You fancy a pair of Felco secateurs then?  ;D

I don't believe it! My OH and I were both going cross-eyed trying to find it!
Yes, a pair of Felco's would be nice, although I'd probably ruin them by leaving them out in the rain - that's why I only buy cheap ones!
