Anyone recommend greenhouse staging ie. bench type, folding, or integral.

It depends upon what you want to grow.

I have removable staging which I rig up  late autumn and take down again in Spring.

This way I have working surfaces for my 'winter storage' and sowing/cutting regime then full height in summer for taller subjects e.g. tomatoes.

A wallpaper pasting table.  Cheap and compact.  Can be folded away in storage when not in use.  Ideal. ;)

a pair of foldable carpenters tressles with scaffold boards for me!  I also use an old ironing board as a temporary potting bench, adjustable height to suit whether standing or sitting, folds up easily when not in use.  ;)

because money is tight, we use those little plastic greenhouses (£10) and discard the placcy cover.
