Sounds like Trifetti / Variegata

Yep, I grew Trifetti for the first time this year. Very attractive plant and a prolific fruiter. I got the seeds from Amazin. ;D
I could let you have some 'Thai Hot' seeds if you want, Portsmouth. It's a smallish plant with little bright red upright fruits. But be warned, they are extremely hot!

Am definitely up for a chilli seed swap, think its a fantastic way to try new variety's. Don't have time myself to organise it but if you want to take the lead then I'll definitely be apart of it
Must admit, Trifetti's by far the prettiest chilli plant I've grown. I've also got some 'Black Pearl' with the really dark, almost black foliage. They make quite a dramatic display together. Next year I'm hoping to put in a new variegated leaf tomato as well - should look nice.
Just a quick update, seeds will be in the post tomorrow, hope you enjoy them
