Title: Harvest Rainbow
Post by: Lauren S on October 23, 2008, 20:39:52
This is what I harvested today.
I made two rainbow cauliflower cheeses, one for my son and his GF. The other we ate tonight. Very delish it was too.  ;D

I have lots left over for the freezer

I tried to grow caulis this year - so did Gordon - but the slugs loved them and left nothing to harvest.

After all that effort & success - eat them raw to show off the colours?

I always thought caulis would be better if they weren't so pallid looking - hurray for colours! Going to try some myself. :)

The white one is beter than anything that was in our show this year.

When you get a minute can you tell me how to put a picture - maybe smaller - on a forum post?
