This is what I harvested today.
I made two rainbow cauliflower cheeses, one for my son and his GF. The other we ate tonight. Very delish it was too. ;D
I have lots left over for the freezer

They taste exactly the same as white ones :D
They look lovely and I'm green with envy - wish I could grow just one cauli like that!!

I tried to grow caulis this year - so did Gordon - but the slugs loved them and left nothing to harvest.

I always thought caulis would be better if they weren't so pallid looking - hurray for colours! Going to try some myself. :)

The white one is beter than anything that was in our show this year.
