Will be lifting my JAs soon.

What is the best way of eating these? :)

I dunno but send some my way because I have been trying to find some in the supermarkets so i can taste them before deciding to grow them !! Cant find them anywhere!!

I would say it's quite early for JA's yet. Lots of ideas on here if you do a search (sorry, too tired to find a link for you!)

I would wait till the tops have died off as until then the roots are still developing.

As for cooking there are so many ways:
Slice and fry.
Bake in oven.
Boil.
Soup.
Casserole.
....
