Has anyone ordered from this Company before?
They have a brilliant collection of squashes and gourds and I probably will give thema go - but always useful knowing that others have used them and they are okay.

There is english translation available on the site
Oh Heck !!! :'( youve introduced me to another seed company :'( I am just going to have to buy some more seeds now :-[
Duke
Update: I ordered from them on 16th October. My order arrived on Monday 20th October - pretty good coming from Germany. Seeds are as advertised.
NB Postage is fixed at Euros 2.50 (about £2) so the larger the order the better!
Don't make me click the link........Finger is twitching :o
how many seeds in a packet with the squashes if you ordered any Barnowl? or in ein portion as they have it?
OOOHHH NOOOOOOO :o
More expense! ;D
I love some of the descriptions: Only suitable for soup & insertions, suitable to whittle ;D
Surprisingly I didn't order any squashes as my boots were already full! Just tomatoes and a Sweet Pepper (Turkish) so no guide to squash seed quantities.
If in German look for 'Korn' meaning seed(s) but easier to click on the Union Jack to the right to get English (rather good translations compared to my favourite French site!) then click on the details button for each variety - it usually gives the number of seed - ten seems to be the norm.
S*d the twelve steps, resistance is futile ..............
thanks. I didn't actually look at any varieties - was a bit intimidated by the numbers !
I must not buy any more seeds ...I Must Not Buy Any More Seeds ... I MUST NOT BUY ANY MORE SEEDS .........
but I am going to anyway I just canot help myself ::) ::) ::)

- actually I don't know them, I was looking for info on Nocera Rosso Pepper. The squash aren't too exciting (unlike Bobby) but I got distracted by the 'new for 2008' section (amongst others) :)

"Orache, ruby - Atriplex hortensis. Decorative addition to salads, tasteful also as spinach or cream soup. A local sort of the Burgenland. It is characterized by lucent purple coloured leaves. It originates from the archive of Noah`s ark."

I put them all in an airtight tin with a packet of dessicant.
I have ordered quite a lot of squash seeds - resisted for a while by just window shopping but gave in on Monday this week. On order tracing they have been despatched - so now just waiting for the postie.
I am so ashamed i promised myself I wouldn't buy any more seeds until next year. :-[
Oh by the way i had tons of red orache this year and have saved lots of seed. No one else grows spinach or anything from the same family near me so I should think it comes true. I'll put some in the seed swaps I am in - but just to let you know it is as good as its descriptions - a tasty and colourful addition to salads, but also beautiful as a steamed veg as well.
