Well it's complicated for me, too, trying to guess how you concocted that dish...c'mon Chef, gi'us a hint, please? ;D
Nothing clever. Googled it. But can't relocate it.
Slice Courgettes in 1/8 strips. Blanch 1 min.
Wrap 2 around each Fish Fillet.
Put in dish with sliced Peppers & Cherry (or any) Toms.
Glug well with White Wine.
Cover & bake 30 mins.
I degorged the Fish & Courgettes first.
Next time I shall add some Chilli.
