Can anybody help me with good varieties of show chrysanthemums.I am interested in varieties and also any tips on stopping dates in the surrey area.

You will have to decide if you are going to grow Early or late varieties, Large or medium as this will affect the stopping times.

I have given up exhibiting so I am a bit rusty with the 'stopping dates' for the newer varieties but quite often when purchasing them you are often given suggested stopping dates.

Word of warning;

Be careful where you buy your stock as there is a lot of diseased stock about mostly suffering from 'white rust'
