Sweet peppers don't seem to like my TLC somehow ???
is better than mine turned out nins ;D
But I bet the flavour is great ;)
Went in the sauce for the spaghetti squash tonight - must admit gave as good as a biggun' on the flavour stakes :)
I haven't had many either- don't think it's been warm enough for them. :(
I have to say that ours have been a complete washout (literally and figuratively). Even one that size would have been an achievement!
But it takes a warmer than average summer to really produce a reasonable crop. Ah well, maybe next year. :)
It's the taste that counts. Size isn't everything :o :o :o :o :o :o
Don't be disheartened, it has been a terrible year , I am relieved that I didn't grow peppers this year.
A thought for another year...if it is a bad one. I find Gypsy will give fruit when others falter as they will stand a bit more cold and damp... it has worked very well for me in the past so a variety I am confident with.
We will look forward to a good year next year.. bless us all

Mine aren't even that good. :-[
Thanks everyone, I don't feel such a complete failure now.
Jeannine will look out for Gypsy next year ;D

Sorry I've got to disagree with you all. In sunny Ipswich I've had a good year for growth.... Some good size green peppers. I'm panicing about do I leave them a few more days to ripen or risk the ground frost that got my chillies last year. All my chillies/peppers are just about to turn.
Just got back from the plot and had a chilli and pepper omlette. :)
Just want to add all my plants are out on the lottie, no poly tunnel or green house.
