Yesterday I strained my orange wine into a demijohn and fitted an airlock. It seems to have small bubbles in it but isn't blooping like my elderberry, which bloops about once every 30 seconds. I'm using CJ Berry's recipe, and have soaked the fruit for 2 weeks as suggested. Is it something to worry about?
Gave it a good shake last night and it seems fine now. :)
I have put a slow blooping demijohn in a washing up bowl with hot water, like warming up a baby's bottle, helps too if it happens again.
