I thought you might like to see the results of my first butternut squashes, I put four plants out, two in the garden, and two in the greenhouse (which they almost took over) the ones outside did nothing except grow huge and flower but no fruit, one of the greenhouse ones ditto, the other had one fruit on which I am watching with high hopes, it is just over seven inches long and going from dark green to a lighter shade, fingers crossed I will have it for dinner at a later date.
