How much Bicarb to a litre??

tiny, about the size of a small pea. Then add carbon dioxide.

Most supermarkets sell carbonated water at less than 20p for 2 litres so it is not worth making up at home any more.

Yes - v cheap at Tesco, but only in 2l sizes. We get 500ml size to keep the fizz better. Over twice the price.

I needed the recipe for our Sodastream machine.

Can you make tonic water in a soda stream and is it good value? How does it taste?

Well my lot all like the soda stream tonic, and it means you always have fizzy tonic for your gin.  For £2.49 you can make 12 litres.
