Title: Shoot People's Gardens Awards 2008
Post by: Georgie on September 01, 2008, 17:36:52
I see our very own Palustris (Eric) has had his beautiful garden short-listed for this year's Shoot People's Gardens Awards.

Anyone can vote for their favourite garden by using the the following link:

http://www.shootgardening.co.uk/sitePage.php?pageid=148&name=enter-today---awards-worth-2200

Needless to say, Eric has my vote.   ;D

PS  I know Eric is having problems posting on the forum right now so I hope he won't mind me posting this in his absence.

And mine, I love it when Eric posts his 'walks' round the garden. :)

The gardens all look good.

A vote from me for Eric. Have really enjoyed strolling through Eric's garden over the past 3 years. Good Luck Eric.

Yes Kev, so we've got to keep up the tradition of it being won by an A4All-er.   ;D

Well, I got it right last year, and by golly! I reckon I've got it right this year too 8)

Thanks Georgie for posting the thread - does E just have probs logging in here or is his whole puter blown up?

His dial up is playing up Lish.  I'm sure he'll be back with us asap.   :)

Thanks Georgie. I have had to go to the Library to post this as I can get to this sie but not actually open any pages within it before the connection fails. Sorry Dan, but A4A is the worst of all the sites for this even when our ISP is working properly.
Thank you to those who have made kind comments on our garden. I wish you could all come and walk round (but only if you bring your gardening gloves to do a spot of weeding!  :D).

(Hi Heldi! See you've grown your hair and sprouted whiskas since I saw you last....Old Age eh? Proppa Krool innit?)

Palustris!....time to sell the Estate & move into suburbia? Just think of all the spare time you'll have when you're not hand-weeding your acres...(as I was saying to me Old Mucker Chuck the other day..) ;D

Fingers crossed that all your puter problems are sorted out soon - miss you, your pix and your tales..
