spears were starting to form nicely !!!one week on there all going straight to seed !!!what should i do?cut out the midlde one and see what happens?i had planned to let a couple to seed for saving but not the whole lot!!!

Sorry to hear that STEVEB but I think that has happened to alot of people this yr including me, I have 2 Broccoli plants left now and hoping that they will carry on to grow something edible, I have found that doing a nettle manour and putting it on the veg is realy good, tried it on my broccoli it has perked them up alot
we cut the middle ones out of 3 a couple of a month ago as they were shooting, now getting nice-sized shoots :)
