Title: Freezing beans - a reprise
Post by: carosanto on August 30, 2008, 18:59:31
On a recent thread on freezing beans there was a 'blanch or not to blanch' controversy a well as one or two different methods of freezing beans.

The following link will take you to a very useful site which gives insructions for freezing ALL types of lottie produce from carrots to capsicums (including beans) and I hope it helps.

www.cookuk.co.uk/techniques/FreezeVegetables.htm

I'm a relative newbie, and must say, I just love this website and all the friendly hints and tips I'm gleaning, so I thought one (or several) good turns deserve another, and this is my contribution.

Bye y'all, Caro
