I got this from the library last week and OMG I love it- I am going to have to buy it! I started off tagging the recipes I wanted to try, then realised I have tagged most of the book.
Lots of things to do with excess lottie produce, the usual chutneys etc, but also bottled fruits, syrups, cordials, pestos - all kinds of things.
At the weekend my OH was laughing at me, coz I was a whirl of activity in the kitchen couldn't stop. (had to when I ran out of vinegar :)) I made river cottage chutney, nasturtium capers, sweet pickled cucumber, and chilli jam, then I bottled some blueberries. All from the book and all yummy.
Am I too sad getting excited about a pickle book ? ;D

Hi Borlotti,
You can check it out here.
I'd give it 10 out 10. A grand little book.
