First time I've grown them. I've harvested and shelled some beans and they look cute but now what do I do with them?
All ideas welcome - Perhaps I should have put 'HELP!' on the subject line :)
i use them in soups and for mixed bean salads. When they're dried they seem to take longer to cook than the other dried beans (borlotti, dutch brown and cannellini etc)
or you could make jewellery out of them ;D
thanks for letting me know they take a long time. I think I'll cook them until they soften up then throw them into a mixture of rice onions and celery with a bit of turmeric.
