Can any one tell me if I can freeze courgetts or the best way to store them.

Have a look in the recipes section on here, there are plenty of ideas there, frezing them as they are - just sliced, or as soup, ratatouille etc. If you pop over to Recipes4All there are ideas there too.

I read that you can chop them up and freeze them and then add them to spag bog etc
