Title: The tops of my Carrots are green!!
Post by: Duke Ellington on August 18, 2008, 09:56:41
This is my first time growing carrots and have noticed that the tops of mine have a kind of green halo at the top where the leaves are. Are they okay to eat? What should I have done to prevent this?

Yes the green is caused by the top of the carrot being exposed the sunlight.
