I think she's off to Cornwall for 2 weeks so you'll either need to wait or shout very loudly! ;)
:)
that looks great still only getting cherry toms at the moment the beefsteaks are looking good though but not quite that good but them all my toms are outside ;)
good tomato, I would just slice it sprinkle a little salt on it and eat it on its own or with some sliced red onion.
Our lunch every day now is a slab of bread, a slab of beefsteak tom slathered in mayo. and maybe some slices cooked bacon. Yum-my. I could eat that every day of the year and not complain ;D
sowed in early march, planted in the poly end of march, covered with a demi-john cloche..supersteak variety, sliced and put in ham barmcakes, absolutely brilliant taste,
just had one today, 16 and a half ozs, gave it to my sister as we have loads of toms ;D
My absolute favourite sandwich at this time is any bread, white, wholemeal, whatever.
Spread the bread thinly with butter, then spread thickly with Philadelphia cheese. Thinly slice tomatoes and spread over the cheese. Sprinkle with plenty of salt. Sandwich together and enjoy.

Oh my! Philadelphia cream cheese on anything tastes good but I've never tried it with tomatoes. I made bruchetta today with some of the toms roasted. Nice.
Trust me GrannieAnnie Philly with tomatoes is heaven on a plate. ;D ;D
