Title: Borsch
Post by: Mushy Pea on August 10, 2008, 19:58:17
Hi,

Jeannine mentions this on a thread about beetroot recipes.  We had it in Poland a few weeks ago and it was delicious.

Would love to know how to make it.  Can anyone help?

Many thanks

I had it once, years ago, never tried myself, but here's a recipe:

Let us know if it works and is as tasty as you expect?

Mushy, there several variations, some have meat i,some don't, some have lots of cabbage and some don't. The one I like best has  beef and abbage, garnished with a dollop of sour creme

Recipe available if you want it.

Yes please Jeannine, that would be great.   ;D  The ones we tried were clear and came with a large deep fried meat croquette as an accompaniment.  Very tasty.

Do you need my e mail address?
