Title: Anyone know what type of cabbage this is?
Post by: Mushy Pea on August 10, 2008, 17:37:16
Hi Folks,

Sorry but I need to pick your brains again. We bought these cabbage plants from a local DIY store and they have grown brilliantly without pest damage. Not like the pointed cabbages next to them which have lost the "battle of the slug".

Looking at the label that came with the plants it says "Cabbage" so I am at a loss as to what sort so I can buy more next year.

Many thanks for your help.

If you look up cabbages on seed suppliers catalogue - most have pictures next to the variety.  Might help.?

The amount of outer growth means it might be a January King...  ???
