What a great harvest. How do you store them? How long do they keep?

I have a minarette Discovery, had it for over ten years so pruned out some of the spurs last summer... excellent over twenty five pounds of LARGE fruit...  ;D
It doesn't keep, and doesn't get the chance. The fiesta take over than the Egremont Russets and the Blenheim Orange that do... A branch broke out of the fiesta last week so I thinned down some other clusters..  :)
