Just had an sms of blight alert in SO22/SO23 (Winchester) area. Checked the email and it said "Near Miss Period". Might be worth having a spray of the old Bordeaux mix as a precaution. :-\ :-\ :-\
Had a similar one in Birmingham the other day. There haven't been too many though, so I wouldn't normally worry. There may be an outbreak on my site, but it may equally well be nothing more than flood damage. A few days will tell.

Glad I'm not the only one who gets texts about blight - my husband thinks that it is proof that I am a total veggie geek!!!!
Took no chances here after last year, sprayed last weekend and so did my plot neighbour, and we're very glad we did given the humid weather.
