Okay, after thinking I had been conned and what I was growing was actually my physalis, I dragged the various plants out of the greenhouse to have a good look, then came up and did a google, and what do you know, I do have purple tomatillos growing! I didn't realise they are the same family as those lovely peachy coloured chinese lanterns! And it looks as though I am going to have a bumper harvest! ;D

i AM SO PLEASED! Yummy tomatillos! I have ordered some now i just can't wait for spring to come!
