Title: Post on the "In-edible" forum

These got away from me by growing up into an azalea. Supposed to be best eaten at 10 inches.
I don't know Italian but the middle word in its name looks a little like "rampaging" which is
accurate!

Rampicante means it is a climber.
They are still edible at 3' long even if they don't look much like little trumpets anymore.

Wow Grannie!! They look like they could end up as weapons!!

Oh give them a try and let us know what they're like, you will have fun peeling them, that's for sure.

It grew through a fence and into a 6 foot high azalea. Since my bee sting  scary allergic reaction I don't plow into the underbrush the way I used to so much of the garden rampages at will. There is a bushel gourd no running berserk over the tops of bush hollies in back of the pond where it will continue leaping until frost!
