I know you all hate (& where is Eric) Eucalyptus,
I see it as an art form. And very quick!
Its fast-growing and deciduous. Just what you want to annoy your obstreperous neighbour with! Tell him to leave your trees alone or you'll shade him out with monstrous Eucalypti.
I love the eucalyptus although have to say we've just had to cut one down but the trunk makes an interesting feature propped up in the garden
