Aqui, beautiful flowers and gorgeous photos, I particularly like the first one, the Aquilegia Flabellata. Next time I'm at the garden centre I will be looking out for one, who knows, it might just throw itself into my trolley! ;D
Now I don't do roses, but, you sure you didn't pinch that piccy from a book! It is stunning girl!!!! Great pics....MORE!
EJ - tee hee. I didn't break copyright - I promise. I'm quite a keen photographer, so spend hours fiddling about with my different lenses around the plants. These are all extreme close ups that it's really hard to focus on, just a slight movement or a gentle breeze sends the plant out of focus. I have to hold my breath when I take them so I don't breathe on them!
These were the best. I left out the blurry ones!
And I took another roll of film yesterday, so there'll be more next week when they are developed!
I'm turning green - again!!!!!! That Aquilegia is gorgeous!!!!!!!!
Can hardly wait to see the rest.
What camera are you using by the way?
Eileen.
Eileen - That was the only Aqui that was in flower the day I took those. So you'll have to wait til next year to see more of them. The camera is a Cannon EOS 1000 FN. It's about 10 years old, but still works really well. Those photos were taken with macro lenses.
Beautiful flowers and beautiful close-up photos Aqui :D
