Pics taken over last few days. 1st pic is Princess Diana clematis which I am really pleased with this year. 3rd pic is plant which Prink gave me when we went to visit Cambourne (How is yours doing Cam?)
they're really lovely, lorna..cucumbers for everyone ;D
what is the blue and white one at the end ?
Very nice. :) I can't believe those Cues and the last pic looks like Clematis Sieboldii?

Thanks Manic & Georgie. I am really pleased with the flavour of the cues but thought they would produce more on each plant, although there are still flowers and small cues forming. Yes Georgie is right, according to the label (I always try to keep the labels because I am lacking in memory cells and forget names of plants...old age?)
Florida Sieboldii
bit of a mouthful but a lovely colour ;D
I'll make a note, I'm looking for a new clematis next year, is it awkward, clematis wilt etc ?
manic this is it's 3rd year, it is in a large pot. Haven't had any trouble with my half dozen clematis, probably just lucky cos you know how much I know about gardening ;D. I am going to try and layer a couple this year, if it works I will gladly send you one.
that is kind of you, lorna, our last dog destroyed my nellie moser, it was a bit pernickety so I'm looking to replace it, let me know if it works :)
I love the clematis Lorna. I'm gonna look out for the blue and white one. I took some cuttings yesterday of my alpine clematis cos Tony had to cut the old one down to fit the shed in. Will let you know if they succeed. The book said to cut in beween the leaf joints and push into the compost to the joint. I took about 20 so praps I might get 1.lol
Shirl I have had a look at TeeGees site, some good information there.
His site is really good.I just wish when giving info on Chrysanths he would talk in weeks and months by name instead of numbers. At my age it takes forever to work out when week 23 or week 38 is. I use such a lot of his information on different stuff
The blue and white is very beautiful. As is the orange geranium. Is it really orange or just my eyesight? I've never seen an orange one before. Incredible what hybridizing folks do now.
