I started work at a power station about 4 weeks ago, which apparently emits nitrogen dioxide and sulphor dioxide, it's also a portacabin in the middle of a building site and next to a pit which throws off loads of icky effluence from the seawater, which then coats your car and refuses to budge! However, since I've started working there I seem to have one "cold" after another, I'm permanently tired no matter how much sleep I get and I'm sick and tired of feeling ill! All the blood tests I've had done have come back clear. Does anyone know the effects that these two chemicals can have on people if any at all? I've tried googleing it but it comes up with a load of scientific stuff that quite honestly is way over my head!! It could be totally unrelated, but I'd like to get some information before I go back to my doctor and sound like a total hypochondriac! :)
Here are a couple of links for some basic information.

Thanks Baccy Man. Just had a look and that explains a lot. Probably not the best place to work if you have asthma it appears. Think I might have to have a look for some more work. :-\
Yes, Posie, I think that sounds like a good idea. You don't want to be lumbering yourself with those horrible side effects on a regular basis :(
