Title: good garlic info!
Post by: antipodes on July 17, 2008, 16:37:15
Hey I stumbled onto this website, that is intended for small scale farmers (so lots of fiddly scientific info too) but it gives really interesting info on how garlic bulbs form, what temperatures make them bulb, how to tell when they are ready etc.
I think it will help me to get better garlic next year as I can already see that my soil was not rich enough and that I should have weeded more carefully perhaps.

Loads of info there! Can I assume that its the hardneck varieties that are generally available here?
