Beautiful results G, as always,and great pics. I have Lychnis too but mine has tall spikes of small creamy white flowers. Your seed pods look similar though, but that's where the lychnis ends (runs away to avoid missile!)

Looks like you're going to have plenty of par-cel seeds too!

Great pics as usual Georgie. Just thought I would mention the stage of the following plants in my garden, these were all plants/seeds which you kindly gave me!
3 seeds of Borage, 2 germinated but plants not as forward as yours. Milk thistle are looking  almost as good as yours :) My Honesty plants have finished now collecting seed pods.
