Could have done with that one tonight Tim, I made Pork & Mango curry........delish it was, but that and some of Mamta's Aubergine Chutney (which I have run out of!) would have finished it off!

PS And only one method - shallow fry for 5 secs each side.

Can't stand these restaurant ones which are microwaved or grilled. Convenient, maybe, but not the same.

These are Lijjat. Several flavours.
