We have just been given our first allotment in Sutton Coldfield. Can anyone advise on what veg we could put in this weekend to get some produce this year. We know it's a bit late.

Quite a lot really e.g

Salad crops such as lettuce, radish, beetroot, carrots, peas(certain varieties) Pak choi, Spinach generally any crop that can be grow successionally.

if you can get plants, you can still get brassicas in, we're putting a late crop of french beans in, too  ;D

You can buy seedlings to plant now for winter crops.
