Title: Comfrey in Tub

does anyone grow Comfrey in Containers/Tubs?
Ive got a couple of root's flourishing in a Tub in the back garden - will they last or should i plant in the ground and take my chances of being over run with comfrey lol?

I put mine into a bath tub a few weeks ago and It's taken off! It does have deep roots so I don't know how long it will be happy! easy to take cutting from though...........

I planted some comfrey cuttings in small pots in the garden. The roots have gone straight through into the soil, as I found out when I tried to move them. I should have limbered up a bit more. Next time I'll prepare by pulling a Jumbo jet with my teeth.

In my view;  mint, comfrey and horseradish should all be in tubs ( they are too invasive otherwise)
