Is this any good??
Its got to be better than the dymo! one year of service, then the bin! go for it Cam!
One of our plotholders was given a dymo one as a Christmas present for labeling plants but they didn't give her the right sort of tape for outside use. Having googled a bit it seems (for dymo at least) that you need particular machines for printing waterproof and/or UV resistant labels. I'd guess therefore that ordinary dymo style label won't stick for very long and will fade?
This looks like the same kind of machine as a Dynamo embossing machine I once had years ago and I wouldn't use it for garden labels. I used to get fed up of the faffing about with turning the wheel /clicking the trigger etc and I really didn't think the glue lasted that long even when I was using it to label glass jars etc. Give me a plastic or wood label and marker pen __its much faster!
